About this work

Description

In this programme Sheila Dillon investigates ways in which a different diet would save both us and the NHS vast amounts of money. It is estimated that diet-related illnesses such as obesity, coronary heart disease and iron deficiency cost the NHS about 15 billion pounds every year. Could a change in diet bring about a reduction in the need for medications and hospital treatments?
