Letter from R Tips, Chairman of the Department of Genetics at the Oregon Regional Primate Research Centre, seeking Penrose's advice regarding a monograph detailing a new technique for recording hand and foot prints. A carbon copy of Penrose's reply is attached, advising them to contact the journal Human Biology. Enclosed is a typescript draft of the monograph "Plastic mold method for recording dermatoglyphic prints", by R Tips, F Shininger & A Perkins.
