Description

Transmission electron micrograph showing a plasma cell in the centre of the picture containing a large nucleus and with its cytoplasm filled with rough endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondria. The cell to the right is a lymphocyte and to the top is a fibroblast. The plasma cell is approximately 6nm in diameter.
