THE ANNUAL MEETING of the Governors will be held at the East Surrey Hospital, Redhill, on Tuesday, 8th May, 1945, at 5 p.m. , to transact the following business:—- 1. To receive the Report and Statement of Accounts for the year 1944. 2. To elect a President. 3. ,, ,, Vice-Presidents. 4. ,, ,, Governors upon the Board of Management. The retiring members offer themselves for re-election. 5. To appoint a Chairman. 6. ,, ,, Vice-Chairmen. 7. ,, ,, an Hon. Treasurer. 8. ,, ,, Auditors. Messrs. Alfred Simmons & Co. offer themselves for re-election. E. C. AYLING, Secretary. All Annual Subscribers of half-guinea and upwards are Governors and are entitled to vote at the Meeting.
