About this work

Description

An unusually shaped Swiss 3T3 fibroblast cell found growing under normal conditions. Fibroblasts are the most common cell found in connective tissue. The cell was fixed and stained for F-Actin (a protein found in filaments) and the image was created by overlaying 2 copies of this same cell in different colours (red and green) and rotating them by 180°
