Description

Watercolour drawing of a bullous eruption occurring on the arm, from a case of pemphigus. Some bullae have burst, leaving superficial ulcers which are partly covered by dark crusts. The skin around the bullae is red and inflamed. This is most marked in the accompanying drawing of the thigh. From an old man aged 70.
