Description

The British Museum catalogue (loc.cit.) identifies the taller woman as the Duchess of Rutland. The shorter person resembles Charles James Fox, who is shown with the Duchess of Rutland as his supporter in another caricature (British Museum, Catalogue of political and personal satires no. 7343)
