Description

Black and white photograph showing extensive gouty deposits in the hands. Nearly every joint of the hands is affected, the largest deposits being along the line of the metacarpo-phalangeal articulations. From a man aged 55 years, who had been subject to recurrent attacks of gout since his 23rd year.
