And wee doe by tbeise psentf, for vs, our heires and successors, will, authorize, and require as well the Lord Treasurer, Chancellor, Vnder- treasurer, and Barons of the Exchequer, as all and singuler maiors, sherriff'f, bayliflff, constables, headboroughes, and other officers, ministers, and subiectf of vs, our heires and successors, of our saide Realmes, Domynion of Wales, and 5 Towne of Barwicke respectively, for the tyme beeing, that they and every of them, from tyme to tyme during the terme aforesaide, bee favouring, helpeing, aydeing, and assisting to the saide Roberte Lindsey and lohn Hobarte, theire executors, administrators, deputies, or assignes, or any of them, in any wise, as they tender our royall pleasure and will avoide the contrary, att theire perillf, 10 and theise our Lres Patentf, or the inrollment thereof, shall bee theire sufficient warrant and discharge in that behalfe. Provided alwaies, that if the saide yearely rente or some hereby reserved as aforesaide shall happen to bee behinde and vnpaid, in parte or in all, by the space of thirtie dayes nexte after the saide feastes in which the same is lymitted and covenaunted to bee paied 1^ as aforesaide, or if the saide Roberte Lindsey and lohn Hobarte, theire executors or assignes, shall not inroll or cause to bee inrolled this our psent graunt before the Clarke of the Pipe for the tyme beeing, within sixe moneths after the date hereof, that then the saide Roberte Lindsey and John Hobarte, theire executors, administrators, and assignes, shall forfeite and pay to vs, -0 (noTe pene,) aswell fortie shillingf for every such thirtie dayes defaulte of pay- mente of the saide rente as aforesaide, as twentie shilling^ more for every sixe moneths defaulte of the inrollment of theise presentf before the Clarke of the Pipe for the tyme beeing, as aforesaide: Provided alsoe, and our will and pleasure is, that if att any tyme during the saide terme of fourteene yeares itt shall appeare vnto vs, our heires and successors, or to our privie councell for the tyme beeing, that this graunt is contrary to our lawes, or incon¬ venient or mischeevous to the state of realmes, or either of them, that then, vpon significacon and declaracon thereof to bee made by vs, our heires or uccessors, vnder our signett or privie seale or otherwise, by and from the lordf and others of the privie councell, or sixe or more of them respectively, of the saide severall realmes or either of them for the tyme beeinge, of such preiudice and inconvenience, theise our Lres Patentf shall forthwith cease, determyne, and bee vtterly, to all intent^ and purposes, as to such of our saide realmes as the same shall bee declared to bee preiudiciall or inconveniente, for anything herein conteyned to the contrary notwithstanding. And wee doe hereby graunte, for vs, our heires and successors, vnto the said Roberte Lindsey and John Hobarte, theire executors, administrators, and assignes, that theise our Lres Pattentf or the inrollment thereof, shall bee firme, good, and
