    At the General Stated Annual Court of Directors, held the 27th day of February, 1867 : The Annual Deports of the Committee of Management and the Chaplain were read ; The Statement of Accounts for the year 1866, together with a detailed Account of the Building Expenditure and Return showing the amount of Charity done by the Institution, were also read ; And it was Resolved— That the above-named Reports and Statement of Accounts, together with the Financial and Statistical Tables, be published under the direction of the Finance Committee. It was Resolved Unanimously— 1. That the Thanks of this Court be presented to the Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Committee of Management for the very valuable services they have rendered to the Institution during the year. 2. That the thanks of this Court be given to the Noblemen and Gentlemen composing the Committee of Management for their valuable services during the past year. 8. That the thanks of this Court be given to Messrs. Boeme and Page for their good offices as Treasurers during the past year. 4. That the Thanks of this Court be given to the Rev. Lord A. Compton, the Rev. Henry J. Barton, and R. Howes, Esq., for their good offices as Auditors during the past year. 5. That the Thanks of this Court be given to the Finance Committee for their good offices during the past year.
