Name and number of patient, whether connected with the Society of Friends, date of admission, rate per week, folio in minute book, conditions affecting terms/special nursing, washing and mending, alterations of rates, absent on trial, date of discharge or death Arranged in sections alphabetically by patients' surname, with separate sections within each alphabetical letter for males and females Volume began c 1910, with lists of existing patients, some with much earlier admission dates. In c 1920, all patients are re-listed, so some names appear more than once
