About this work
Description
MSS. Illustrated with 13 circular pen-drawn symbolic figures in red and black: text in red and black. The title and a note on the MS. are by the hand of Albert Poisson [1868-1894]. He describes it as: 'Symboles et schèmes d'alchimie et de Kabbale se rapprochent beaucoup comme genre et terminologie des 'Secrètes figures du Rose-Croix' Altona. 1785. A pencilled note on the verso of the last leaf written by the translator, appears to accuse a certain M. Marzorati of having stolen the original vellum MS.
