    MEMORANDUM OF ASSOCIATION MEDICO-PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSOCIATION OF GREAT BRITAIN AND IRELAND: (Registered 30th July, 1895.) I. The name of the Association is “The Medico-Psycho- logical Association of Great Britain and Ireland.” II. The registered Office of the Association will be situate in England. III. —The objects for which the Association is established are the promotion and cultivation of science in relation to mental disorder, the improvement in the treatment of the insane, the promotion of good-fellowship amongst the Members of the Association, and the maintenance of the honour and the interests of the Members of the Association and of the medical profession generally in its relation to mental disorder, and allied objects, by the aid of all or any of the following, videlicet: (a) The taking over of the whole of the assets and liabilities of the unincorporated Association known as The Medico-Psychological Association of Great Britain and Ireland, established in 1841, which may lawfully be transferred to the Association.
