The Apostle Paul must have felt something of this when he said When I would do good, evil is ever present with me ; and it was by restraining his propensities that his moral sentiments were strengthened so powerfully. Phrenology is a science of the mind, and should be considered helpful to everything that tends to elevate humanity. It is not antagonistic to any system of theology,
