A particular of the impropriate rectory of Steventon, in the county of Bedford, proposed for sale by auction, at the Swan Inn at Bedford, on Saturday the 23d of May, 1795; consisting of A Tithe Barn - Homestead, and Home Close of good Land, containing (more or less) about - - - - - - - - - - - A. R. P. 5 - - Glebe Lands in the Field, by Computation (more or less) about - 3 - - A small Piece of Meadow, - - - - ditto - - - - - - - 1 - An inclosed Allotment in the adjoining Parish of Pavenham, containing (more or less) about - - - - - - - - - - - 8 - - And all the Tithes of Corn Grain and Hay arising from the Lands in the said Parish of Steventon, containing, by Computation, upwards of Fourteen Hundred Acres (be the same more or less.) The above Property is let to the several Occupiers of Lands in the Parish of Steventon, (who are all jointly and severally responsible for the regular Payment of the whole Rent Half-Yearly) at the annual Sum of -250.
