The food hospital. Part 5.

The fifth in an eight-part series in which a pioneering team attempt to counter certain medical conditions by using food as medicine. The team include dietitian Lucy Jones, GP Gio Miletto and consultant surgeon Shaw Somers. Over three months they will attempt to treat a number of condtions without prescribing a single drug. This time they meet a 42-year-old with Fish Odour Syndrome (trimethylaminuria), a16-year-old with severe eczema and a 30-year-old mum with gallstones. The team also look at hangover cures and Pixie McKenna looks at health claims on food packaging.
