Description

Watercolour drawing of the face of a woman aged 23 years, showing an unusual form of sarcoma of the left cheek. The tumour had been growing for eight months. It commenced as a small pimple. Microscopical examination showed that it consisted of spindle cells. The patient also had secondary sarcomatous tumours on both arms.
