Details Mrs Angela Kilmartin's dental history and medical record of the symptoms she experienced resulting from her mercury amalgam filling. Contains toxicology report and dental x-rays conducted by J.E. Reuter and her correspondence with him. Correspondence with Dr Jack Levenson, David Harvie-Austin and The British Society for Mercury Free Dentistry also included. Details Mrs Kilmartin's amalgam removal by David Harvie-Austin and his bills subsequent to surgery.
