Harvey, William (1578-1657)

Last Will and Testament dated 28 December, 1656. Official Probate copy, with attached Grant of Administration to Eliab Harvey on 2 May, 1659. The Grant of Administration is written on a small vellum slip (13 × 151/2 cm.) attached to the foot of the Will by a vellum tie. On the verso is written: '1659', 'Mr. Stone', 'Docters Will', 'Doctor Harveys Will': the last two by a somewhat later 17th cent. hand. Produced in London.
