"Although the last two 'Recipes for Wild Vegans' focused on our cross-Europe cycle tour from Amsterdam to Montpellier and the food we cooked along the way, with this zine we were forced to change tack. [...] After Abi was admitted to hospital in February, we were forced to cancel the Camino de Santiago trip we'd been planning since we first met. Then began our very bad year. This zine still has recipes, adventures, tips and tricks but it also discusses dealing with chronic illness, living somewhere you hate and learning to accept your limits."--[Pages 1-2].
