Consists of a list of the Committee of Management and hospital officers, the report of the Committee of Management (James Barringer, chairman), reports of the medical superintendent of the fever hospital (Alex Collie), reports of the medical superintendent of the smallpox hospital (Wm. Gayton), statistical tables and a scale of officers' salaries
The hospitals were referred to as the Eastern District Fever Hospital and the Eastern District Smallpox Hospital from 1882.
