About this work

Description

The programme uses dramatic reconstruction and 3-D graphics to demonstrate what happens when a person has a stroke. It describes symptoms leading to a stroke which may in themselves pass unnoticed and examines the psychological aftermath. Examination of the stroke patient by catscan, doplar scan, ultra sonography and angiography is shown and drug treatment and rehabilitation are discussed. There is also a section on stroke prevention.
