    Fourteen names are added to the register, and, on account of death, three are struck off, since last publica- tion. The Council, as you are aware, have reduced the annual foe to two dollars and fifty cents, and it will require every dollar available to carry on the prosecu- tions and other work of the Council. We, therefore, urge upon every member of the profession to pay punctually his dues. The members of the Council do not wish to be under the necessity of taking any harsh measures, but it is their desire that all arrears to the Council should be settled at once.
