According to Guidiccioni (op. cit. pp. 16-19, if he wrote the account of the ceremony as well as the oration), one of 36 statues "finte di marmo" by Bernini to decorate the catafalque of Pope Paul V. Of the 36 statues, 16 represented virtues and 20 were of putti. The present print shows one of the virtues
