About this work

Description

Bible. O.T. Genesis 10. The scenes are labelled alphabetically, but the key is lacking. As well as construction work, there is a whole wealth of human and animal activity: brawls, dancing, a camel bucking its load, troublemakers pushing over a table, fires, sacrifices and multitudinous crowds. A physician-dentist appears to be inspecting a patient in the bottom-right hand corner. There is a busy port to the left and an established city to the top-right
