    To the Sanitary Committee of the IVorcestershire County Council.. Mr. Chairman, My Lord and Gentlemen, I have the honour to present my Sixteenth Digest of the 62 Annual Reports—Medical Officers of Health (30) and Sanitary Inspectors (32) in the Administrative County—-which refers to the year 1904. The following changes in the Sanitary Staff occurred in 1904: Mr. R. Mapp succeeded Mr. J. L. Downes as Sanitary Inspector for the Rock Rural District. Mr. W. G. Williams succeeded Mr. W. Brown as Sanitary Inspector for the Yardley Rural District. The Local Government Board have intimated that Medical Officers’ Reports should be sent in by the 31st day of March of each year, but those on Bromsgrove, North Bromsgrove, Redditch and Stourport Urban, and Halesowen, Martley, Shipston-on-Stour, Stow- on-the-Wold, Tenburv, and Upton-on-Severn Rural, were received in April; those on Droitwich Borough, King’s Norton and Northfield Urban and Droitwich Rural in May; and those on Rock and Tewkes¬ bury Rural Districts not until June.
