About this work

Description

This boy is performing his daily foot care routine. He has soaked his feet in water, removed any hard skin and is now about to rub oil into the skin. The oil helps to prevent the skin from drying out so that it does not crack or split and become infected. Whilst rubbing in the oil, the patient should use the hands to straighten the toes in order to prevent them from stiffening.
