Copy 2. Gift of Royal Humane Society. Missing one leaf of unnumbered front matter. Bound in 19th century calf with gold tooling on boards and blind tooled decoration and lettering on spine. Gold tooled ownership stamp on front of upper board with motto Lateat scintillula forsan. Author's presentation inscription to the Royal Humane Society, dated 1829, on front end leaf verso, with manuscript note from the Society's Hon. Sec. pro. tem., M.O. Curtis, dated 1830.
