    — VIII — ENFORCEMENT OF SPECIAL BY-LAWS The statistics relating to the enforcement of by-laws concern¬ ing barber-shops (No. 1006), laundries (No. 1009), mattresses and other stuffed articles, etc. (No. 1089) and plumbing installations in buildings (piping, appliances, etc.) (No. 1341), are contained in the table relating to routine inspections: III (b). (a) By-law No. 1203, concerning the water supply of establishments located in the City of Montreal: This by-law is enforced jointly with the Public Works De¬ partment.
