The figures are caricatures by Ralf König. The man is in the pose of the Discobolos but holds a female symbol instead of a discus. Advertises performance on 15 December 1991 in aid of three health organizations: Landeszentrale für Gesundheitserziehung in Rheinland-Pfalz e.V. (State Centre for Health Education in Rheinland-Pfalz); AIDS-Hilfe Mainz e.V.; and AIDS-Beratung des Gesundheitsamtes Mainz (AIDS help centre of Mainz Health Office)
