Letter from Sir Edward Sabine informing Galton that he had been unanimously elected a member of the Athenaeum Club. Undated. [Galton was elected to the Athenaeum in 1855]

Letter from Sir Edward Sabine to Mrs Louisa Galton saying how sorry he was to hear that her husband was unwell but that the Council meeting Galton had been due to attend had gone ahead with little inconvenience. Sends the sympathies and best wishes of the rest of the Council. Dated February 24th [no year, possibly 1860s?].
