Description
Margaret Jernegan writes to Richard Bellings-Arundell in St James's Square, London. She is concerned about the "dangerous illness" of Lady Bellings, and writes to say that she would have expressed this concern earlier but the news only arrived yesterday "thro a neglect of the post,"which apparently often occurs in her part of Norfolk.
