Description

Collection of notes on surgery, and surgical remedies, gunshot wounds: with miscellaneous medical receipts, etc. In Italian, by various hands. A foliation in pencil has been added. On fol. 42 is a rough pen-drawing of a chiromantic hand. Contents: Ff. 1-3 A short work on ulcers, the beginning of which is missing. [c. 1525]. 4-18 [Anon.]. Delle archibusate, et altre ferite fatte da simili strumenti da guerra. With heading in red. Fol. 19 Magistro ANDREA. Receipt for a medicinal bath. Ff. 19v-20 Magistro ANDREA.
