Description

King George IV, half-length to left, facing towards the viewer. He is wearing the star of the Garter. Below the portrait, a variation of the king's coat of arms, with lettering "Ranson delt. aqua ft. et sc.", i.e. Ranson drew, etched and engraved it: the lion and the unicorn are shown disporting themselves, the white cliffs of Dover are on the left and the City of London is on the right
