    TO THE OF THE LANCASTER COUNTY LUNATIC ASYLUM. In drawing up the usual annual statement respecting the inmates of this Institution, the Medical Officers are aware that only few points of a novel character can be advanced in addition to those already alluded to in former reports. As regards the general condition of the patients, it is satisfactory to feel that the many advantages derivable from a strict adherence to the principles of practice adopted at the outset become more manifest from year to year.
