Serological techniques: the card agglutination test for trypanosomiasis (CATT) This image shows the results of a CATT. There are six samples, numbered 1 - 6. Test areas 7 - 10 are unused. The cards show different gradations of positivity. The reactions in test areas 1 - 4 are clearly positive.
