oncogene tyrosine- protein kinase Src (PDB
code:1FMK), which is maintained in the inactive
state by intramolecular interactions of SH2 and
SH3 domains. The ribbon diagram shows the part of
the linker connecting the SH2 and kinase domains
sandwiched in PPII conformation between the SH3
and Kinase domains as a blue cylinder with
residues in contact with SH3 domain as ball-and-
stick models. The auto-inhibitory phosphotyrosine
527 bound to the SH2 domain is also shown.
