Description
The last in a six-part series in which ethnobotanist James Wong looks at alternatives to over-the-counter medicines which can be made from home-grown plants. In this part he focuses on vegetables. He shows how to make a remedy to lower high cholesterol levels, a cooling eye gel, a treatment for athlete's foot and a chilli plaster to soothe muscle pain.
