Copy 1. Bound with: Pliny the Elder. Aureum opus. 1516 ; and, Gilles de Corbeil. De urinis et pulsibus. 1514. Lower half of t.p. cut away. Inside front cover is the inscription 'Est Joannis Adelphi medici Schafhusensis [i.e. Schaffhausen] ... Anno. 1522. Martio', with marginal notes in the same hand. It has hitherto been supposed that Adelphus was at Schaffhausen only until 1520 and that he died in 1521.
