(c) Any other particulars in respect of overcrowding, e.g., causes : Some relief has been afforded by the action of the Housing Department as indicated under 3{a) above, but there is still much unhealthy “crowding” which falls short of statutory overcrowding standards. This is especially true in houses divided into what are euphemistically described as separate flats, without adequate separate amenities. (4) Fitness of Houses. (ta) Difficulties found in action under the Public Health Acts or under the Housing Acts : None. (b) Number of houses which have not an adequate water supply : None. (c) Number of houses which have no separate water closet or other adequate sanitary accommodation : Generally, all houses have separate closet accom¬ modation with the exception of houses let in lodgings and many of those referred to in 3(c) above, in which all families share one water closet.
