The programme begins with the almost unbelievable story of how Debbie Evans was murdered and the unborn baby stolen from her womb. Her father Sam and sister Wendy narrate much of the story. Debbie's two older white children were murdered but her youngest black son, Jordan, was left unharmed. Jordan (11) and Elijah (Debbie's stolen child, now 9) are both interviewed. The rest of the programme contains further stories of the same kinds of foetal theft, including Luzmila Fierro's own account of how she performed a cesarian on a pregnant woman, Solangela Cartagena, in order to steal her child.
