Trecothick, mayor. A Common-Council holden in the Chamber of the Guildhall of the city of London, on Friday the 19th day of October, 1770, and in the tenth year of the reign of Our Sovereign Lord George the Third, King of Great Britain, &c. The Committee appointed by this court the 26th day of July, 1770, to take a view of the encroachments upon the River Thamas, at Durham-yard, and to report their opinion how far the public are or may be affected thereby, did this day deliver into this court, a report, in writing, under their hands, which was read in these words:
