About this work

Description

Glioblastoma cells in culture transfected with the gene for P10 and the green fluorescent protein marker gene. The nuclei are stained blue with DAPI. The red spots are 0.02 micron fluorescent spheres that have been taken up into the cells by the process of endocytosis. The amount of endocytosis appears to decrease with increased amounts of P10 protein in the cell.
