Day book of an unidentified general practitioner working in the Winster area of Derbyshire, The volume records professional activities between 1 March 1836 and 22 February 1837. The majority of patients were from Winster, Elton, Birchover, Wensley and Darley Bridge. At front and rear is a list of 62 midwifery cases attended.
