Description
A reproduction of a photograph of a votive bas-relief with two prophylactic eyes at the top. The original was found at temple of Anphiarus near Oropos, Greece, dated from the 4th century. There are four individuals, of which one is possibly a patient lying down and one on the left being treated. A serpant, part of the symbol for the Rod of Asclepius, can be seen near the patient lying down.
