    REGULATION respecting the Alteration or Repeal of Laws, Every motion, whose effect is to alter or repeal any of the existing laws, shall contain a specifica¬ tion of all the laws so affected by it, and of the alterations contemplated in each ; and if, on dis¬ cussing the motion, it is found that such speci¬ fication is incomplete, the discussion shall be adjourned, unless the College, by a shew of hands, decide otherwise. Enacted Wth December 18^5.
