About this work

Description

The film features a black male on a hospital bed in a tropical location repeatedly being offered water, which he drinks. This is followed by a second scene with an examination of a lower leg, possibly belonging to a child. The lower leg is then held down and operated upon, excising possibly venom or infection from a bite. The footage returns to the original man who is showing further signs of hydrophobia (fear of water) which is one of the symptoms of rabies.
