The text occupies one half the width of the page, and in the free space, notes have been added from time to time. The heading reads: "Collegium | in | Materiam Medicam | habitum d 14. April Ann. | 1701." The name of the lecturer and that of the university have been deliberately and completely deleted. Folios 303-304, blank.
