Written in a neat rounded gothic hand, 25 lines to a page. Ornamental initials, paragraph marks and headings in red. Fol. I (red) Ad videndum fortunam et infortunam omni homini et vtrum vnocuique homini bene aut male debeat succedere omnibus diebus sue vite. videbis in. presenti libro. secundum philosophos astronomos sub/scriptum. Ad inueniendum signum natiuitatis cuiuslibet hominis/Recipe nomen eius ... 7v ... dies martis/et saturni mali istis fideliter viuentibus. Tam viris/quam mulieribus. Amen. The 9th, 10th, and beginning of the 11th signs are wanting.
