Description

A reproduction of two photographs. The top photograph is of a netsuke of a wooden Sambosa dancer holding hand to his face suffering face ache, signed by Miwa. The bottom photograph is a wooden carving of a shoot of Myoga Zingiber, a Japanese ginger, native to Japan and also found in South Korea. Myoga shoots are considered a great delicacy inn Japan but over indulging are believed to result in memory loss.
